Bugtracker — a dedicated place for reporting all issues and bugs related to our server and website.
If the issue requires immediate attention or falls under "here and now" problems, please create a ticket in the Support Section in the appropriate subforum.
Topic Title:
Your topic title should briefly and clearly describe the issue so that it is immediately clear what bug it refers to.
Topic Content:
Please provide the following mandatory information:
- 1) Describe the bug in as much detail as possible to help us understand the issue clearly.
- 2) Provide a step-by-step guide to reproduce the bug.
- 3) Explain how it should work according to official sources such (if applicable): Wowpedia, Wowhead, Moonwell DB, Youtube videos from official server.
- 4) Specify the game world where the bug was found.
- 5) Provide the core version. You can find it in-game by typing .server info in the chat.
- 6) Your in-game character name (optional). If the bug is determined to be critical, up to 3000 coins will be credited to the account of this character as a reward.
Each bug must be reported in a separate topic.
If your topic does not include all the mandatory points, it will be deleted without review. Please follow the rules when submitting topics.
Rewards:
Rewards in the form of coins may be provided for reporting critical bugs. Rewards are only possible if the bug can be exploited for personal gain and is not beneficial to disclose to the administration. For instance, bugs related to farming, server crashes, exploits, and so on. That’s why we propose a deal: you report the bug, and we compensate for your potential losses from not being able to exploit the bug with coins. Our goal is to completely prevent the use of such bugs, so we are always ready to generously reward players for the benefit of the server.
The decision to grant rewards is made solely by the administration. There are cases where we are already aware of the bug or do not consider it suitable under the described criteria, so rewards are only granted after an individual evaluation. Bug Statuses:
Topics in the main section are reviewed by default and can be moved to one of three subforums:
- Fixed: The fix has been uploaded to the repository and will be applied with the next server update.
- Confirmed: The bug has been confirmed and will be fixed soon.
- Rejected: The bug will not be fixed, with the reason provided in the topic.
Please note that we address and fix bugs as time and resources allow.
