The character’s level will be increased to 70, you will receive all items, riding, and other standard «Fast Start» bonuses; however, with this activation method, you will not be able to choose or change professions. You can activate the service for an existing character above level 1 by clicking the additional button.

Hello. All conditions are outlined on the Fast Start page. It states that you receive a standard Fast Start. However, if you submit the appropriate application and coordinate it with us, your entire guild will receive Fast Start+. This is a required condition.
