It’s crazy how a real conflict has formed between English-speaking and Russian-speaking players, at this point, we don’t even need Horde vs. Alliance to have a rivalry 

But honestly, this isn’t a good thing for the server. Our community has been around for decades, and over time, some toxic habits have taken root. We can’t change the past, but we can control how we act now.

Instead of getting into pointless fights and throwing insults, I suggest using the proper channels and describing your problem. You can appeal punishments, report players, and even file complaints against GMs. If I saw real proof that a staff member was discriminating against someone or acting in their own interests against a player, they would be removed immediately by me.

It is not a rivarly @Gensen it became Pure hatred leading players to leave the server not inviting outlanders in raid not helping in Bg and so on...so i am asking now who is to blame? The english speaking people? 10 20 % max or the 80 90 % non English speakers....oh wait i think i know its the Absence of Ingame Gm's ...creating Events keeping the Comunity united and punishing the ,,Wrongdoers" etc...you get the Idea....

Well, what makes you think it's about nationality?
To give you an example, our guild is about 50/50 english-speakers and non-english-speakers, and there are no problems in coop game, I have a lot of friends among foreigners.
Despite the fact that this server is created and hosted by russian-speaking community - I don't see any prefrences to any player. Individual GM errors are also present in situations with russian players, read the forum. You read only english language threads and draw conclusions based on that. russian players face exactly the same problems. just read the russian threads if you want to have the full picture…
If you insist on racism or nationalism - please gather at least some evidence that it is racism? Maybe it's just a rejection of a particular player or a group of players not on the basis of language? Much more often in the global chat I see such insults as "russian dog" quite often, and I do not see this in relation to other nations.

Yes, as in any online game there is a lot of trash talk, but there is no nationalism either from the administration or from the players - not even close. If there are some players are assholes - there are such in any nation

Especially the author of this thread was very fond of this expression, it is very easy to check the logs. Just type in “Vanhelsing” nickname and see how many times he wrote "russian…" in global chat. Isn't this an insult on nationality? 
And how many mutations/bans did he get for this? If there was even 1% of incorrect attitude to foreign players - the author of this topic would not get out of bans.
