Bug, I buy Fast Start. But I have problems with the Profession.Transmuter Specialization.

Kind regards. I have a problem that I tried to solve for the moment but I couldn't, I came to the conclusion that it is some kind of error or bug.

In short, I bought a quick start for a character with the professions of alchemy and herbalism. Well, to begin, I went to all the profession masters to learn everything I needed for the alchemy profession. Then I went to do the specialization quests. I did the quest but realized that I didn’t have [Primal Might] in my recipe book to craft it, so I decided to go buy [Primal Might] at the auction to see if that would fix it. I spent 300 gold to buy it, my last resources, completed the quest, and realized that I still can’t Transmute. 

 

I hope I was able to explain myself well with the attached photos, and to know if it is possible for you to help me with the change of 1 tier that I got wrong when selecting the Fast Start items.

Hello,

Transmutation Master gives you a chance at an extra proc when using recipes you've already learned.

Transmutation recipes (like Transmute: Primal Might, Transmute: Primal Air to Fire, etc.) are separate learnable reciepts that you need to obtain the normal way - buying from vendors.
