Shadowstep does not increase the damage of Hemorrhage

Shadowstep is supposed to increase the damage of your next ability by 20%.

I have tested it and it doesn't work for Hemorrhage at all.

Kinda complicated question with discussion that are listed here. (if it should increase the damage just for abmush, garrote and backstab or for all abilities)

По итогу вроде как решили что должно быть для любой абилки увеличение урона, но тут сказано что речь только о 3-ех)

That is how Shadowstep worked before. But in patch 2.3 they changed it to affect all damage abilities instead of only those three.
