The basic login works fine and he has 3 hunter characters on the account. However, when he tries to enter the game with the hunter named Pokerstar, he always gets a WoW error and the game crashes. This does not happen on the other two hunters. We are not sure where the problem could be. He has never had any bans and does not know what to do. He was told that the issue might be caused by his pet, but he has not changed the pet’s name since the beginning of the game. Could you please help him or check what might be causing this problem? He started playing only last week, so he can’t even have properly geared heal gear yet. Why is he rolling on feral gear when his heal gear isn’t even equipped properly? And since he didn’t write at the start that he was rolling for off-spec, the item should be given to someone else.
