250066 “Even at the last ID, there was neither an NPC nor a cage :D”

I’m not sure if this is a bug, but today I tried to complete a pre-quest in SSC. After the boss Fathom-Lord Karathress, an NPC should appear and give me the next quest. However, neither the cage nor the NPC appeared, so I was unable to proceed or use the Medallion of Karabor. Could you please check this issue and possibly spawn or restore the NPC? My friend already contacted you, but he does not speak English or Russian very well, so I am writing on his behalf. He has a problem logging into his account. The basic login works fine and he has 3 hunter characters on the account. However, when he tries to enter the game with the hunter named Pokerstar, he always gets a WoW error and the game crashes. This does not happen on the other two hunters. We are not sure where the problem could be. He has never had any bans and does not know what to do. He was told that the issue might be caused by his pet, but he has not changed the pet’s name since the beginning of the game. Could you please help him or check what might be causing this problem? He started playing only last week, so he can’t even have properly geared heal gear yet. Why is he rolling on feral gear when his heal gear isn’t even equipped properly? And since he didn’t write at the start that he was rolling for off-spec, the item should be given to someone else.

Would it be possible for someone from the staff to create a forum section that clearly lists BiS items and stat priorities for each class? Different players give completely different advice — some say you should stack hit, others say haste. I’ve even seen warlocks running around gemming full crit, while others go full haste. The same goes for enhancement shamans: everywhere on the internet it says they need 142 hit rating, but on this server they seem to need much more.
