Ban Appeal – Rule 3.3

I am writing to formally dispute a ban placed on my account on 24/10/2026 under Rule 3.3

I have never used, installed, or distributed any cheat software, speed hacks, teleport hacks, bots, or client modifications of any kind. The ban is, in my view, an error.

I would like to request the following:

Specific details of what triggered the ban — e.g., which file, process, or behaviour was flagged, and on which date(s).
A full investigation of the ban, as I believe this is a false positive.
Reinstatement of my account if no legitimate evidence of cheating is found.
I understand that the anti-cheat system may occasionally flag legitimate software (antivirus, overlays, background apps, etc.), and I am happy to provide any information you need to clear this up.

Please let me know if there is a formal appeal process or additional steps I need to take.
