Problem with character titles

i change my race to alliance but my titles not be update

I have both Horde and Alliance titles.

and what is the problem if u can use alliance?

This bug is not relevant now
I will report it after a year!

My titles won't upgrade at all after this period.

wtf you are talking about? You moved to alliance around 4k HK (Legionnaire - Horde) and now you have Commander - Alliance? Horde titles is not updating while u playing as alliance, u need to switch back to horde and kill someone at bg to get other Horde titles after Legionnaire.
