Warlock: Curse Of Tongues

1) Describe the bug in as much detail as possible to help us understand the issue clearly.

"Curse of Tongues" is not affected by Affliction Talent "Grim Reach" and to cast player must be in 30 yard range or closer, where as it should be able to be cast up to 36 yards.

2) Provide a step-by-step guide to reproduce the bug.

Have a warlock, build affliction talent tree to enable "Grim Reach".  Attempt to cast on any mob 31-36 yards.  Watch it fail for "out of range"

3) Explain how it should work according to official sources such (if applicable): Wowpedia, Wowhead, Moonwell DB, Youtube videos from official server.

Grim Reach should affect affliction spells to increase range, and allow CoT to be cast up to 36 yards.

4) Specify the game world where the bug was found.

5) Provide the core version. You can find it in-game by typing .server info in the chat.

6) Your in-game character name (optional). If the bug is determined to be critical, up to 3000 coins will be credited to the account of this character as a reward.
