its either due to not having a wpn and/or c sheet bug. tested on my war, naked i was around 2.8% also. with a white lvl 10 sword was still doing ~9% crit on a training dummy. 4.x% with 83 agility at lvl 63 with 5% from talents.

whats funny is i swore i saw it there last week. and someone today was selling it in world. but yea, its missing now.

Again, CoT is not working at correct ranges. Noticed the issue after the "Technical Fix" update today.

1) Describe the bug in as much detail as possible to help us understand the issue clearly. "Curse of Tongues" is not affected by Affliction Talent "Grim Reach" and to cast player must be in 30 yard range or closer, where as it should be able to be cast up to 36 yards. 2) Provide a step-by-step guide to reproduce the bug. Have a warlock, build affliction talent tree to enable "Grim Reach". Attempt to cast on any mob 31-36 yards. Watch it fail for "out of range" 3) Explain how it should work according to official sources such (if applicable): Wowpedia, Wowhead, Moonwell DB, Youtube videos from official server.
