is multi boxing allowed?

From what I can see in the rules there doesn't appear to be any prohibitions on it, but I read some older forum posts that say no multiboxing (specifically key broad casting) on the x5 server. I just wanted to check and see if it was still against the updated rules.

Server rules

3.1 PvP farming: deliberate inactivity, multiboxing, or simulating activity on battlegrounds with the intent of farming kills, honor points, or other rewards.

It isn't allowed only on battlegrounds.
