Paladin - Judgement of Wisdom / Правосудие мудрости does not work

• 1) Describe the bug in as much detail as possible to help us understand the issue clearly.
  • Paladin - Judgement of Wisdom is applied but the mana effect doesn't work.
  • Usully attacking the enemy provides mana when it has the Seal of Wisdom effect applied. (Similar to the Seal of Light/ Правосудие света   of Life)
• 2) Provide a step-by-step guide to reproduce the bug.
  • Be Paladin
  • Cast Seal of Wisdom / Печать мудрости
  • Use Judgement / Правосудие мудрости on enemy
  • Attack (melee)
• 3) Explain how it should work according to official sources such (if applicable): Wowpedia, Wowhead, Moonwell DB, Youtube videos from official server.
  • Attacking should give mana
  • Unleashing this Seal's energy will judge an enemy for 10 sec, granting attacks and spells used against the judged enemy a chance to restore 59 mana to the attacker.  Your melee strikes will refresh the spell's duration.  Only one Judgement per Paladin can be active at any one time.  https://www.wowhead.com/classic/spell=20357/seal-of-wisdom
• 4) Specify the game world where the bug was found.
  • Anywhere in game
• 5) Provide the core version. You can find it in-game by typing .server info in the chat.

I am very sorry.

You are absolutely right, apparently the default combat text ui doesn't show it. It shows also in the combat log.
