transfer and fast +

I was in the process of transferring from Turtle WoW to Moonwell, i came here with a guild called Vikings. I was wondering why I am not eligible for a fast plus transfer, since I had full T2, let alone T1 on my character Grimmok, with whom I requested the transfer. Friends of mine did the same and were eligible for a fast plus. The problem is that now I can only choose from a dungeon set and some other blue gear items in terms of fast transfer content.

 I was busy with the transfer on 23th of april. I just didn't know about the April 22 deadline, unfortunately, otherwise I would have started it earlier. Now my whole guild has fast plus characters and i'm the only one without it's a bit unfair imo. I hope you still want to help me get fast plus.

 Can you help me with this?

Hello. All conditions are outlined on the Fast Start page. It states that you receive a standard Fast Start. However, if you submit the appropriate application and coordinate it with us, your entire guild will receive Fast Start+. This is a required condition.
