Is there timelimit to transmog You'r weapon when ur Buy the item from (donate) .shop?

I've bought Corrupted Ashbringer Corrupted Ashbringer from (donate) .shop page : Transmogrification to Transmog my 2h Sword Apolyon, the Soul-Render Apolyon, the Soul-Render, I was thinking that immediatly it transmogs the weapon...after 2-3 days the Corrupted Ashbringer disappeared from my bag....and the coins we're returned back.... Do i need also to buy a "Transmogrifier" item which transmogs weapons so to transmog it or how ?

To transmodificate an item you need the following thing:
1. Item itself - in this case Corrupted Ashbringer
2. Transmogrificator
3. Goblin Battery Type-1 (in case of waepon)
