Accidentally Deleted 3-Day Premium Code

I recently created an account and a character on your server. When I reached level 10, I received a code for 3 days of Premium in my in-game mailbox.

Unfortunately, I accidentally deleted the message containing the code, and I was wondering if there is any way to recover it.

Hello. Unfortunately, we are unable to restore the deleted message or the code. The Premium code reward for reaching level 10 was only available for a period of three days, and that period has now ended. Once a mail message is deleted, it cannot be recovered, and codes cannot be reissued after the promotion period.
