How to vote on MMOTOP

[shamanmia]

Hi, i'm sorry but i realy dont understand how to vote on that page. It asks me to login to be able to vote so I needed to make account there which i realy don't need. Never than less still when i created account i can't find where to vote since page is in russian and switching language to english doesn't work. Any help on that would be appriciated.
