Illidari council - Arcane Resistance is ignored

On the Illidari council, the mage (High Nethermancer Zerevor) is ignoring the Arcane Resistance. I've tried with around 250 AR and there was no resist and I was taking same amount of dmg as I did with 0 AR. With that much AR it should have 100% partial resist
