Mana Attuned Band Not in Bags/Mail

We were running Zul'Aman and I won the roll for the Mana Attuned Band from the 3rd chest during a timed run. My bags were full and we believed the ring would be mailed to me, however it is not in my mailbox. The raid ID is 206979. Is it possible to please have it sent to me?
