Reputation with Timbermaw Hold

I'm doing timbermaw hold reputation for recepies, i'm honored with then but the npc Meilosh is not avaliable for trade, his name is green but i cannot talk with him, just kill him. Same with Kernda i have quest to complete but can't talk with the npc

what should i do?

Hello, click to that reputation and remove "at war" button.
