i'm not sure which npc this item is from, but there is ans NPC in Shattrath center, he stands besides a dragon, he can refound your wrong purchase within 2hours

I’ve been playing on this server for two weeks, and in that time, I haven't seen a single player looking for or playing 2v2 arenas. I keep asking in global chat, but I never get a response. It's even hard to find 1v1 arenas. The main issue is that the items require a specific team rating in addition to personal rating, and I don't see any way to meet that requirement since players aren't regularly playing 2v2 arenas. If having just the personal rating were enough to acquire these items, things might be easier. I only enjoy playing PvP, and not being able to play arenas is a bit discouraging.

I'm doing timbermaw hold reputation for recepies, i'm honored with then but the npc Meilosh is not avaliable for trade, his name is green but i cannot talk with him, just kill him. Same with Kernda i have quest to complete but can't talk with the npc what should i do?
