Game crushes when click on any Mail

My character (Vanished) crashes with Error #132 every time I open the mailbox.
The mailbox frame opens, but no mail is displayed before the client crashes.

Same client with everything same, wtf, cache, exe, pc but with other account. it is working well. so it is specific account/char issue.
Could you help me repair this issue? I think that is server side. I don't want to lost my mails, May be any corrupted item?Thanks a lot.
