Plate Boots RED Havoc

Greetings to GM's , I would like to ask you a question for those boots. 

Wojvoda gathered the mats for tanking boots , and in the end the item is soulbound and it can not be traded... 

I have a question , if you guys can transfer those boots to WOJVODA - from my inventory. Those boots should be tradeable, if not that can I as the blacksmither get the materials. We did not know that those items are BOP instead of BOE. 

Here is a screenshot me as blacksmither , trying to provide the crafted item to him. And by the way Wojvoda is the Premium user on the moonwell server,on X5 rate.

The recipe is tradeable, but the item itself is Bind on Pickup (BoP)

We've sent you Primal Nether x2, Hardened Adamantite Bar x4 and Primal Fire x12. 
Red Havoc Boots have been removed from [Mommy].
