bugged quest - Shutting Down Manaforge Duro

I am horde but went with Aldor. I am trying to get Karja's Medallion by completing the Shutting Down Manaforge quest chain.

I got the quest from Anchorite Karja to start the chain (Naaru Technology). From there, I completed     
B'naar Console Transcription, Shutting Down Manaforge B'naar, and Shutting Down Manaforge Coruu.

When I turned in Shutting Down Manaforge Coruu - Anchorite Karja offered me the next quest "Shutting Down Manaforge Duro". When I clicked Accept, I was given the message in chat "You don't meet the requirements for that quest".

Anchorite Karja does not offer any further quests in the chain. I am currently Friendly with The Aldor and Hostile with The Scryers
