Profession - Alchemy : Tranmute Arcanite Bar

Tried to make some arcanite bars. Spell is locked behind a cool down not shown in the profession window. Cool down was removed in patch 2.4 live.

1) Describe the bug in as much detail as possible to help us understand the issue clearly.

Transmute : Arcanite Bar is locked behind a hidden cool down not displayed in profession window.

2) Provide a step-by-step guide to reproduce the bug.

Be an alchemist with 275+skill, have recipe for transmute bar and materials needed to make two bars, attempt to make more than one bar.

3) Explain how it should work according to official sources such (if applicable): Wowpedia, Wowhead, Moonwell DB, Youtube videos from official server.

2.4 removed the cool down for ability, cool down is not displayed in profession window for the spell as provided in screen shot.

4) Specify the game world where the bug was found.

5) Provide the core version. You can find it in-game by typing .server info in the chat.

6) Your in-game character name (optional). If the bug is determined to be critical, up to 3000 coins will be credited to the account of this character as a reward.
