Quest log bugged with the daily quest pvp

Hello 

 

this is my first post on forum, sorry for my bad english.

 

I just spend hours to get my first 70 character, and after that i begin made pvp on battleground.

But i take the daily quest that reward a key after a win in bg, but i cannot valid the quest on any bot, i am alliance. 

my bags are full of antique chest and i cannot either abandon the quest on my quest logs.

 

i need help please
