Bug / Item not received: Antique key from daily BG quest (Inventory full)

After completing the daily BG quest, I didn't receive the antique key because my inventory was full. I didn't know this could happen, but I just saw someone else mention the same issue on another forum post.

Is there any way to recover the item, please?
