Addons didn't Work, not appearing in the Game Menu or in game

Hi community, 

I'm really exited to start my journey in this server,

But i tried to download 2.4.3 addons to add in the game , i installed it in the interface/addons files of the game, but it's not working ! i can't see it in the menu, or in game, and i'm sure its 2.4.3 addons ( quest helper, atlas loot, omen ... ) 

if anyone can help me please

Hello, delete the WTF/CACHE/ADDONS folders.
Download verified and working add-ons from our forum. Move all contents to the Interface/Addons folder.
Launch the game and enjoy!
