lost pvp reward cause server down

get braces pvp 9k honor and marks of honor server went down instant, now i have lost honor, marks , log says i  get the item but i dont have it on me or bag

i was buying the rest of the pvp stuff and i forgot that i had an open ticket for that item

but dont worry was a cheap part and my fault cause i forgot the ticket
