I didnt quite understand your reply. I opened the ticket because two players are queueing together and just throwing out reports for no reason.

I expected at least some kind of warning for them, but instead you’re explaining that if I don’t enter combat within 2 minutes I’ll get kicked from the BG? 

So just to be clear : randomly reporting people like that isn’t punishable? Please clarify so I know for the future.

Robb you always report people who are not afk just becouse you dont like their way to play. For exsample Balon. If he not heal you he ia reported as AFK.

По скриншоту определить действительно ли вы не находились афк - невозможно. Для этого существует система и таймер отсчета в виде дебафа который исключает неактивных игроков с бг.

Or is it just a coincidence that the same players keep reporting me?

You didn’t answer my main question: is it punishable or not to send reports without a valid reason? Please answer that clearly.

If it is punishable, then how are you planning to deal with players who abuse the system? How do you identify them?

Because right now it feels like there are rules, but you can’t actually determine who’s at fault. Or what kind of proof do you need? Please be more specific.

And if I’m misunderstanding something, please explain that as well.
And by the way, I finished that BG  I did enter combat i can nsend screens.
