Hello, then please change my profession from Jewelcrafting to Tailoring. Nickname: Robb Thanks!

During the transfer, I spent a token on Sunfire Robe, but I didn’t select Tailoring as my profession because I thought I could equip Sunfire Robe without it. Is there any way to resolve this issue?

If possible, I’d like to do the same. Please block the transfer of the mage Robby from my account and allow the transfer of my warlock, Exstassy (10h 11m), instead, if that’s possible.

Since we’re merging characters, could you at least let us transfer regular gear? Not SWP gear, just normal stuff like T6, BT gear, and regular trinkets. Fine, whatever, I can live without transferring some gear, but why can’t we transfer racial shirts, transmog items, bags, and other regular items? Basically, I’m talking about normal items that can be transferred without using tokens. I don’t see why those should be excluded from the merge.

Honestly, it would be much fairer to let us transfer to our x5 characters everything that’s already allowed to be transferred from x100 to x5. With any other option, we’re going to lose something either way. If we can only transfer 3–5 items, we’ll lose around 200 others. If we’re allowed to transfer the entire character, then players should have to choose which character to keep playing, and one of the two will still be lost or simply remain on the account. That would be fair for everyone. Personally, I’d really appreciate it if you could make this happen.

And why not let us exchange legendary weapons directly for a4? I don’t really understand that either. A4 gear can be exchanged for a3, but legendary weapons are also being downgraded to a3. I honestly don’t quite get the logic behind this.

Hey everyone, I totally agree with Mukk. Just give us the option to merge our characters. You’re worried about what the x5 players might say, but at the same time, you’re screwing over the old x100 players. Just let us transfer all our gear, both items bought with tokens and items obtained without them. It’s just not fair. People spent years gearing up for 3 - 4 specs and farming legendary weapons, and now they’re only being given 3 tokens. If it weren’t for x5 and its low population, a lot of people would still be playing on x100. Mukk is telling the truth. We’re not asking for anything extra, just the chance to keep what we spent years working for.

@Gensen I’ve already submitted several tickets about them, but some were even left without a response. Do these players have some kind of advantage or protection? After two genuinely positive players got banned because of provocations from Rikoo, (Alatina and Naper) I’m creating another topic and asking the GM to take a closer look into this situation. Do we really need to start recording videos just to prove how they provoke people during games? I can easily gather at least 10 players minimum who are tired of them, and we could even sign a petition if needed I would also like to understand what’s going on with my tickets. As you can see from the stats, I actively play BGs, but Rikoo and Cezare keep reporting people AFK. I didn’t pay much attention to it before because I thought GMs just didn’t want to ban players. But I was really surprised that two good players got banned because of these toxic provocateurs. To be honest, this doesn’t feel fair. You can clearly see from forum comments that at least half of the server complains about them, and they didn’t even receive a warning that’s honestly surprising. In short: What’s wrong with my tickets, and why did some players get banned while Rikoo and Cezare did not? There were actually a lot of situations where we didn’t even submit tickets. You can see in All Stats that I’m actively playing isn’t that enough? Or is it just a coincidence that the same players keep reporting me? You didn’t answer my main question: is it punishable or not to send reports without a valid reason? Please answer that clearly. If it is punishable, then how are you planning to deal with players who abuse the system? How do you identify them? Because right now it feels like there are rules, but you can’t actually determine who’s at fault. Or what kind of proof do you need? Please be more specific. I didnt quite understand your reply. I opened the ticket because two players are queueing together and just throwing out reports for no reason. I expected at least some kind of warning for them, but instead you’re explaining that if I don’t enter combat within 2 minutes I’ll get kicked from the BG? So just to be clear : randomly reporting people like that isn’t punishable? Please clarify so I know for the future.
