i can not turn it back cmplete quest

I cannot turn it back  [Challenge: Battlegrounds] qust,after i complete him,cannot abadon it.Nothing

Thereforei cannot get the rewards( [Badge of Justice] [Antique Key] [Lesser Arena Points Sphere])

@Oslight Hello, you are probably horde/alliance player who is trying to complete quests with different fraction, therefore NPC is not reacting to you.
