[Paladin Quest] The Tome of Valor is unable to be completed due to 3rd quest not starting within Westfall.

Issue / bug:
The player is unable to complete the 3rd quest of The Tome of Valor Paladin chain quest within Westfall, when the NPC "Daphne Stilwell" doesn't engage in the second wave of attacks when you need to defend their camp. So the quest is unable to be completed.

Bug Steps:
1. Obtain the Paladin quest chain, "The Tome of Valor" within Ironforge.
2. Head to Stormwind City and complete the second portion of the "The Tome of Valor" quest chain.
3. Next head to the SouthWest portion of Westfall to Daphne Stilwell to turn in the next portion of the quest.
4. Turn in the next quest of "The Tome of Valor" and start the quest to defend Daphne Stilwell in the next quest of the chain.
5. Engage in the next quest and defeat the 3 Defias that come down the hill.
6. Notice how Daphne Stilwell will return to the house and vanish, then reappear near the fields with a grey question mark (?).
7. The next Defias group will spawn on the hill, but defeating them will not continue the quest.
8. The player is unable to complete the quest due to this bug.

Resolution:
When the player does the 3rd portion of the Paladin quest, "The Tome of Valor" they are able to clear the waves of Defias and complete the quest without issue.
