Player gets stuck on the stairs leading to the Auction house in Stormwind City

Issue:
While the player is running up the short 3 stair to the auction house in Stormwind City, the player will become stuck on the stairs while trying to traverse it.

Bugs steps:
1. Go to the Auction house in the Trade Disctrict of Stormwind City
2. Run up the short 3 stair staircase.
3. Notice how the pathing on the stairs prevent the player from running up the stairs smoothly.
4. While in the Auction house, the player is unable to climb the 1 step stairs, and gets caught on the pathing as well.

Resolution:
The player is able to climb the outside staircase and inside staircase without getting caught on the environment due to pathing issues.
