Character Transfer - Available items on Fresh Start +

Hello, 

I have recently transfered my character from stormforge to moonwell.

In stormforge I had a pala tank with Libram of Repentance which I do not see as an option when I go to activate the fresh start + package (see screenshot attached).

The item is available in the BoJ vendor.
As this is a mandatory item for pala tanks, can I please have it as an option to select it for a paladin in fresh start + menu ?

Pretty sure you can only pick from whats in the fast start list as its more build a fresh toon to get right into raiding then a copy and paste of the toon you had

Unfortunately, you can only choose from items that are currently available in the fast start.
