Quests "Fel Embers" and "The Will of the Warchief"

I completed these quests as a Horde player and the quest log said return to Honor Hold. There is no way i can talk to any NPC at Honor Hold as a Horde player so i abandoned both quests and now the questgiver in Thrallmar no longer have the quest, Very frustrating
