This dude keeps messing up the BG pace.

1) He just runs after teammates, then goes AFK and randomly jumps into combat.

2) Today he grabbed our flag and basically handed it to the enemy.
3) Also he keeps throwing reports in arena all the time, even though he’s clueless in PvP, and reports people who play better than him.

It’s a small thing but man, I’ve been doing dailies half the day and we barely have time to play here.
Is there anything we can do about him?
I even have video proof, I just couldn’t upload it here.
