Help for a friend

My friend already contacted you, but he does not speak English or Russian very well, so I am writing on his behalf.

He has a problem logging into his account. The basic login works fine and he has 3 hunter characters on the account. However, when he tries to enter the game with the hunter named Pokerstar, he always gets a WoW error and the game crashes. This does not happen on the other two hunters.

We are not sure where the problem could be. He has never had any bans and does not know what to do.

He was told that the issue might be caused by his pet, but he has not changed the pet’s name since the beginning of the game.

Could you please help him or check what might be causing this problem?

Hi, tell your friend to try relogging. If it's fixed, he shouldn't use the same name for Hunter pets anymore
