Roll on two spec

Regrowth needed this shouders and told me that he said rolling feral but he never said this. In raid he was resto and in the first boss he needed to heal Head and later needed this feral shouders. Please check does he said rolling on off spec cuz I am sure he didnt mention this.

He started playing only last week, so he can’t even have properly geared heal gear yet. Why is he rolling on feral gear when his heal gear isn’t even equipped properly?

And since he didn’t write at the start that he was rolling for off-spec, the item should be given to someone else.
