NPC Exorcist Vaisha и Exorcist Sullivan не выдают квесты https://db.moonwell.su/?quest=11506 и Spirits of Auchindoun для Орды и Альянса соотвественно на захват башен в Террокаре. 2. Квест должен быть у NPC с первой фазы, что косвенно подтверждается информацией на WowHead: https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/quest=11506/spirits-of-auchindoun#comments
