Quest "The Tome of Valor" NPC Daphne Stilwell despawn/respawning making quest uncompletable.

• 1) The quest requires you to protect Daphne Stilwell at her home in SW Westfall as a few waves of enemies spawn to try to kill her. After killing the 1st wave, Daphne runs back into her house and immediately despawns and respawns back in her little orchard, and the quest doesn't continue. The second wave spawns but doesn't attack. Killing them achieves nothing. This makes the entire chain, and the ability to track undead, uncompletable.
• 2) Speak to Daphne Stilwell to begin the quest The Tome of Valor, defeat the first wave, Daphne runs to the house and despawns, whether she is hit or not.
• 3) Multiple waves of mobs should spawn about 30 seconds apart and try to attack Daphne.
• 4) Moonwell x5.
