Kicked from Raid without a reason ....

In Serpentshrine Cavern I was kicked without a reason... I don't know what is wrong with some people (they ruining the reputation of the server doing stuffs like this)
I asked to go in toilet for 1 min, RL approved me in /whisper said Go.  ..... When I came back after a less then a minute i saw My character in Shattrath kicked from the group,
I wrote to the RL (Raid Leader) to inv me back and thanked him for waiting He answered : I'm not Leader anymore He said somebody else's name...
