Hello promocode problem on new X5

Created new charcter name Bety on new x5 i wrote the Promocode MOONWELL2025 but it didnt gave me nothing (it shall give me 2 bags and health potion mana potions and some food which ups ur stats ehen u eat...

I don't know the reason. I just wrote the promocode MOONWELL2025 but did't got the reward (2 bags potions and consumables... Character name is Bety feel free to check what kind of items i have in  my bags

Howw do You mean reason? I just wrote the promocode it "activated but nothing came in my bag (The Bag  to open and take the reward ; 2 bags,potions and consumables

The promo code can only be applied to one character on your account. Are you sure it hasn’t already been used on another character?
What error message do you receive when you enter ".promocode moonwell2025"?

Hello Burning,when I write I don't have another character on x5 on that account... When I wrote .promocode MOONWELL2025 it writes this : "You allready activated the promocode." ....Here is a photo like a proof (The red bags i have on me is from my guild mate...)
