Daily problems with voting VPN changing app requires to pay to change VPN what to do ?

All Votes ok but when comes to ARENATOP100 it doesnt count the vote... from previous expirience I know I need to change VPN ,I downloaded the suggested applications from Your side but now that same application requires to pay to change VPN. Please help so I dont have this problem daily...
