Hello Suggestion about summoning a friend

Is there any chance to be added a summoning item so a player can summon a party member? on new x5

Everyone has Summoning Stone x5 but you can use it only in dungeons. The stone is granted upon first entering an instance.

Yes,i know about that. I was meaning about other "Summoning" LIke i am in Azshara and my friend is in Eastern Plaguest me to can Summon Him with that " Summoning item" But it seems to Me that things kind like that wont be allowed.... And this suggestion will be denied  ....
