I cant loot Silithid Carapace Fragment's

Hello is that a bug ,I've tryed in all 3 places where the NPC's should drop the Silithid Carapace Fragment's killed them all with a quest but they don't drop it .... item Id : https://db.moonwell.su/?item=20384

(Same happens to Ivana (mage) and Killswitch (Rogue)

take quest in only party, u looted head and bwl, and nex quest u started in raid, u need reparty
