Raid id 163136 Raid leader Zozika @game masters @Agrest@SecDet@Peanut@Murovei 1st of all ,this guy mentioned the raid leader was Mistu (which he wasnt and he was only asistant and he didnt deal anything on looting system and he just did the calls during the raid cuz the leader was silent all time and made raids wipping) and Zozika was a raid leader whole time and this Rikoo made false information. 2nd only the elem said before 1st boss kill that he is rolling other spec (enhance shaman) which can be checked out by game masters during raid time. 3rd Obviously this complaint is including the false information about Mistu reputations and try to show him as raid leader which quite distracting .and refer to rules 4.4 and 4.6 Rikoo try to Intentional deception of the GMs should be faced with its consequences. 4th, on 2nd boss (Brutallus) the Leggings of Calamity dropped and he rolled on main spec and won the leg (even he didnt mention he was rolling spell spec) and as you see he is claiming he was rolling feral spec whole time and thats why he made this ticket/report ( so the question is why he needed on main spec on spell leg and got it? and didnt wait for greed? and basically he has broken rule 3.11 too.) ( Now he is caliming he lost the itemDuplicitous Guise on roll so he wanna get double benefits by rolling 2 diffrent specs in one raid ?)

well there wasnt any reasonable or logical ones he rkicked me. game master and whom were in the raid can check it out and i did my task and all what RL said during that raid. but politley explain him to change the loot from uncommen to epic mode for less clicks which was frustrating . but he prefer to get ride of me. So i demand judement and refer to server rules, raid leaders can not rkick ppl without any specific reasons or explanation after made them get id.

Raid id 162681 (BT raid) Hi , i wanna report a raid leader name Zaiteki whom rkick me without any reason from raid after i got id just cuz i asked him to use epic mode and he doesnt even know how to fix it and then called me retarded and rkick me . He clearly broken server rule 3.13 and then intentiionaly try to replace me by some one else after i got id by his raid. I demand max penalty by server rules. + he insulted me after i warned him about to report his action. here is the proof.

Raid id 161034 Raid Leader Sorg. Good afternoon, the raid was on naxxarams and the drop rule was main spec need and offspec greed (said by rl sorg). A priest COH name (Hollypolly) didnt mentioned he rolling other spec before 1st boss kill. and leader said multi times " if u roll other specs say now." (he said before 1st boss kills , still priest didnt say anything. Although , after 1st boss killed and Shoulderpads of Knowledge's Pursuit dropped priest needed that and won and claimed he wanna roll shadow ( but refer to server rules and also raid leader call he should have said BEFORE the boss kill. but he didnt , anyway raid leader accepted then he rolling shadow and Sorg (raid leader from priest guild ) announced priest Hollypolly rolling shadow spec. But , again on boss sapphiron he needed ,Resilience of the Scourge and won it , instead of greed, so officially he has rolled 2 diffrent specs. and raid leader also accepted that. So, refer to server rule 3.11 he has broken this rule. So please redistribute the items he has need on both spec and consider if he or raid leader should be punished, or not. Regards.

@ game master raid id 158689 raid to naxxarams in raid both priests (shadow priest and coh) announced that they gonna roll for shadow. and at last boss Golden Staff of the Sin'dorei dropped and i won the roll on offspec. and i didnt pass it.cuz i can use it as shaman too. but raid leader Omb (the warlock) gave it to preist without asking my permission and officaily broken rule 3.11 of server . plz punish the raid leader and redistribute the item (he even mislooted the satff to retri pala at the end) .thanks

@Gensen with all respect .as a raid leader i unwantedly forgotten to announce it in raid char , i should have screen shot my aggretment with warlock on private chat. and i accepted the penalty upon myself .but which shown during the raid time or during the looting proccess or before illidan(last boss fight starts) ... if the rouge wasnt happy or he has any kind of objections why he didnt say anything on raid chat or private chat to rl? .But i have some inquiries: 1. if u check out whole raid warlock joined with his warior as alt on group 3 and it was whole time on group 3 with almost similar name that shown its his own alt. during the raid time which tooks more than 1hr 17mins none of the members of raid including the rogue didnt announce his protest or any kind of objection.And ofcourse it was so obvious for all of them (also rogue) that the warlock will log char warior last boss.(and thats why they didnt say anything) 2.if u check out the raid he didnt win any items by his warlock at all. so to respond to some of accusations which ive seen some ppl whom never had been in that raid made , are not valid without any kind of proof and evidence. 3. before the last boss fight he left with his warlock and log back with his warior. which u can see clearly on raid history. even that moment ,rouge or any one else didnt protest which they could have easily say" warior can not roll any items cuz he swap the char". 4. during the fight of illidan (last boss) they still had the chance to announce any kind of their unsatisfaction to RL ... but there wasnt any kind of protest again.(another chance). 5.when the boss fight was over ... and before the looting process ... again no one had any objections again (include the Stunstun the rouge himself).(and also you better know the drop chance of legendry items are so rare .. and none of us include RL can predict that.) (but this is another chance for them to make their announcement but he didnt.) 6. during the looting process again no protests . and not even after the item distributation. on raid chat ... when he lost the roll vs warior and you can see others congragulating to warior. And i kept asking myself ,why he or any other members of that raid didnt announce their unsatisfactions when they have chances? more than 5times? and its so obvious rogue go on rules and search over and over after couple hours which raid has been alrdy over to find out a an excuse that stems from RL negligence and use it on his own benefits. @Gensenwhit all respect.as RL i appologze @ momo cuz he was rightful winner of glaive and it was all my fault as rl i wish i could make it up and i asuusre u it was unwanted mistake which had happend also affected by pressure of leading an lots of whispers during that damn raid. But the fair judgement would be item have been removed and RL get punished.. and redistribuation is too much (my opinion with respect to gm decision).

is there any accessible way to talk with you & your own personally and critise some of your staff members actions? or they are all so sacrated? and their mistakes or misjudgements which sometimes doesnt makes sense should be imposed to all? And any criticism by unfair punishment and bullying by the law that only defends them. Under any circumstances and in any situation (even if they have clearly made a wrong decision.) and by bullying and bullying just because they have executive responsibility on the server. are to be accepted? For example, the following case: the leader of raid forgot to inform all the members about the appointment. Should a player be punished for helping others just because someone else can't bear to see him succeed out of envy and greed? And the leader of the raid should be suppressed and suffocated just because he defends the truth and justice? Please, personally, as the highest authority and owner of the server, check this particular case. I know that this is not part of the description of your duties and responsibilities and for such cases responsibilities are classified. But I request you to check this particular case yourself and express your opinion. Even if item removed from winner and raid leader get punished by his unwanted mistake under pressure of leading and countlless whispers ... seems more fairer rather than to redistribute the item to for someone who tries to take personal advantage of the rules of the server and use the neglect of the group leader for the benefit of his own greed. https://forum.moonwell.su/topic/689-stunstun

@Gensenthis decsion is so redicilous. and i have objections on it and i am asking for justic which obviously isnt this one.

he is not my frend whom got the gliave nor even guildie or something else .. he just came to help and we made an aggrement cuz i was missing required classes. and even if u check raid on looting illidan. i gave Stunstun the pathetic ... 2nd chance when he lost the roll 84 vs 36.. i even told that to winner are sure? wanna keep or pass.. i asked twice ... so maybe he would pass it to him. even in that raid another warior name Gowin was there but he didnt roll cuz he wasnt as pathetic looser as stunstun is. and he told on that he has 368 emblems and he can w8 for that item. even if you decide to remove the item seems more fair than giving to that guy. Cuz clearily he is trying to twist the rules and abusing and fake out the rules to get the legendry item he wanna in any fair/unfair way.

if a raid leader suppose to send every whisper he got during the raids from all other players and spamm it on raid warning. its like a mockery like cyricus ... during raids so many ppl join and so many ppl leave or dc or afk or have some thing which busy then in real life ... some times as raid leader i had to change 7 ppl of same raid ... during a raid. should i spamm it every single time? that bla bla bla loging other char or i should send my whisper or screen shot them since then? i dont give fuck about this topic but this is the players whom keep the server alive not the staff members ! remmeber that ! and i can claim i am one of the most active player of this server whom still believe in good fait and still can save the server but which these kind of decsions server is going down further and further.

May i ask why gms meddling in every details which are not duty major? with your unnecessary intervention of staff members in every single raid you are going to make server worse than ever day by day. what you have done recently? raid leaders cant kick worse ppl in raids whom going afk or playing bad cuz if they get id only, wether they are terrible player or not. or they start to threaten the raid leaders to report them to get banned.(i am talking in general not about this specific case). the only person whom is danger is just raid leaders whom are more courage than others to make raids. and about this case i wanna your reply logically and fairly .. if the gliave didnt drop this guy would make this topic about it? or not ! ... he just doing that cuz he is trying abuse the servers rules !

@SecDet this is quite bullshit decesion. u and others gms just with your wrong rules made the server worse . Have you ever been a raid leader in a current sutiation of server which u barely can find 10 ppl to log specifc classes which are needed for BT or any other dunges? all ppl wanna come warior or roue in for that raid only. also Momon the warlock he told me that he has the soul of illidan and he doesnt neet the q item nor any other item but i asked him for help and offer him he can swap his warior for last boss if he needs the soul on that. its just co-insident the gliave just dropped. but if a crying kind like Stunstun(Speedy) lost his roll he sould accept that. but he is trying to abuse anyway by the rules of server to get his gliave.cuz he is just an immature kid whom blaze of legendry blinds his eyes.
