Hello Moonwell Support, I would like to report an issue that happened during a successful timed Zul'Aman run. Character: Hades Raid ID: 162628 After completing the timed event and opening Ashli's Bag, the Amani War Bear was present in the loot window. When I tried to loot the mount, I received the message "Inventory is full." I immediately cleared inventory space, but after that the bag was no longer available, and I was unable to loot the mount. I returned to Ashli's Cage, but Ashli's Bag had disappeared. Could you please check the server logs? The logs should show that the mount was generated in the loot and that my inventory was full when I attempted to pick it up. If possible, I kindly ask you to restore the Amani War Bear to my character. Thank you very much for your time and assistance.
