I play mage nick Darios - Gnom when i use spell Presence of Mind its go on cd affter cd is done i cant use it anymore till i relog. So i can use this spell only once..... i delete chache wtf i download new client nothink help

This spell doesnt work fro me its show its usable but when i click on that spell nothink happend... NO cd ramaning nothink relog and all satff doesnt fix it
