Outdoor pvp is so bad at TBC. while it has cool ideas ie Halaa nobody does it due to little rewards. My suggestion to entice outdoor pvp by providing a service to exhange outdoor tokens for BOJ I haven t thought the exact numbers of the trade But this can be tested by starting as too expensive and lowering it gradually

Quest "By any means neccessary" in terrokar forest can t be completed. The problem is: The npc Empoor dies.
